It's been weeks. Weeks of pure torture. Weeks of suffering losses. I've been too busy killing zombies to record anything. Then something happened. One day when I was going to take down more zombies, I found three she-cats fighting them already. Cats! Not tabaxis, literal cats! Four legged cats! But something was usual about these cats. The black one was emiting black blobs of glitch, and the golden-brown one was throwing heat and flames at the zombies. They didn't look like they cared about being infected. The gray one's silver paws glowed like moonlight, homing on and healing the other's scrapes and bruises. Brighter light twirled around the zombies. In seconds, they were suddenly human again. I was amazed. How did the cats do that? "Cats! People! Come!" I shout. They come racing in as I open the door in a hurry. I put back the doorstops in a rush, with some people helping me. A woman touched a scar on her cheek. "I've been wanting to tend to this ever since I got it." She muttered. "You mean you were conscious?" I asked. "Y-yeah." So my mother was probably there. Either that, or this person was lucky. "I was too." Several people chimed in. So Mom was there. I was just too blind to realize it. And the look on Lilac's face. She was aware too. The gray cat was shivering in fear. "I'm so glad that you saved us. My magic was starting to weaken." "Did you just TALK?!" I asked, shocked. "Yeah." The gray she-cat looked down at her paws. "I'm Willow. The black one is Pixel, and the gold-brown one is Muffin." "If you see a golden retriever with a glitch collar, don't kill him. He's our guardian, but we haven't found a way to heal him yet." Pixel chimed in. Muffin was busy in the kitchen. "Imma go bake!" She cheered. "Just let her. She makes fire muffins." Willow whispers. And Muffin is off.
