The project is called: "Operation Mayhem." An animated series where people in the fight collab community or that isn't tries to fight the antagonist [???] but tons of people struggle to defeat him because of his supernatural strength. This show is inspired by Limited Generation, Comedy Saga, Sprite 1 series, Leo's Wrath, Limited plopperation, and madness combat This used to be a scrapped project and it was called Chaotic Society.
