"Welcome to the birds nest, we're delighted to have you!" The birds nest is a group led by snakedance, as she noticed it was very risky to move to another clan if you get prosecuted. It is also a support group for anyone in need of support for the time being if they dont have enough exp to support oneself. _______________________________ HOW IT WORKS Every week you get paired up with two members to grind exp/apt (inspo from @Celovesart 's gladiators) (It will be explained more in the roles!) ____________________________________________ ROLES ______________ Nestling The ones needing support in the group, the nestlings typically ranging from 1-12 moons are the ones that are focusing on grinding apt/exp. Once a nestling reaches 12 moons and has 25+ exp they will automatically get promoted to a Nester, But if they have 15 exp by the time they are 12 moons they will be promoted to the role of a fledgling. they also have the option to leave if they want when they reach 12 moons. ______________ Fledgling A cat who has <25 exp, They are also similar to nestlings but focus more on weekly quests. thats all i have to say lowk suggest smth in the comments because i want this role to be more interesting ______________ Nesters A cat who was 25 or more exp and can support someone, the backbone of the group. They have the ability to become apart of the echelon if a slot opens up. Can also have a minor part in the jury. ______________ Echelon A group of 4 cats next to be the Initiator, they handle the minor affairs and sort out who's training with whom every week. High level jury. Only gets promoted to this role if the overseer trusts them a lot. ______________ Initiator The right hand of the Overseer partakes in major affairs and has a say in most of the important decisions. highest jury. if the Overseer dies during their command they become the next Overseer unless emergency vote. Is also temporary Overseer if the Overseer is absent. ______________ Overseer The highest ranking member of the group, the one who leads it. It is their job is make sure the birds nest in harmony. Handles the major affairs. Is the judge in the trials. ____________________________________________ The Trials Only done in the most extreme cases, the defendant tries to convince why their innocent of their accused crime. At the end the votes are held, majority wins. If voted no the defendant is kept in the group. If voted yes, then the defendant is booted from the group. ____________________________________________ Rules No m7rder Do not physically attack others, this group is meant to keep loners safe. Not harm them, besides we dont have the luxury of a medic.
