I need some advice for an upcoming project, so without spoiling too much, should I: (27-02-2026, at v0.1.0) Have an open pre-alpha? Have an open alpha? (01-03-2026, at v0.2.0) Use a tilemap system or sprite detection? (the former is harder, but the latter is less precise, which is bad for a game where you go fast.) Some context: This is a fast-paced platformer with too many planned features. This might take a while, a LONG while to release, so I need some advice for where I should go with this.
