Nested list implementation. It's a list but each item is another list. The nested lists may be of differing lengths, unlike a 2D array. For demonstration purposes, the phonetic alphabet is grouped by number of letters. Two lists in parallel ("pointers" and "lengths") are used, plus a list containing all items ("elements"). The pointers list points to where each nested list starts and the length list indicates how many items are found there. Inside the project are various custom blocks for manipulating the nested list structure including addition, insertion, and deletion. They are designed to be similar in behavior to Scratch's list blocks, so indices start from 1, those out of range are ignored or return an empty string. Scratch's list item limit is 200,000 which in this implementation is shared across all nested lists.
