It usually shows as ear hematomas, which is painful but already healed in Citrus's case. This can make the ear droop and give a slightly wrinkled appearance that makes the ear a little stiffer and generally keeps it flopped. It is usually caused by a ruptured blood vessel. It can be treated with surgery but if it isn't, can cause a flopped ear.
