Click the betting areas (from left to right: Player Pair, Player, Tie, Banker, Banker Pair) as many times as the number of points that you'll bet. Then, click the green Deal button to deal the cards. The game will deal 2 cards each to the player and the banker. After the cards are dealt, the player draws an extra card if their total is 0 through 5. Then, the player's third card and the banker's total before the banker draws an extra card decides whether the banker draws an extra card or not, and then the round ends. (Note: If the player does not have a third card, the banker follows the same rules as the player.) If the banker's total is 0 through 2, the banker draws an extra card regardless of the player's third card. If the banker's total is 3, the banker draws an extra card if the player's third card isn't an 8. If the banker's total is 4, the banker draws an extra card if the player's third card is 2 through 7. If the banker's total is 5, the banker draws an extra card if the player's third card is 4 through 7. If the banker's total is 6, the banker draws an extra card if the player's third card is a 6 or a 7. If the banker's total is 7, the banker does not draw an extra card regardless of the player's third card. (Note: If the player or the banker has a total of 8 or 9 with their initial 2 cards, the round ends immediately with neither the player nor the banker drawing an extra card.) After that, whoever with the total closest to 9 wins the round. (See the Notes and Credits section for card values and how to calculate totals.) Then, click the cyan Next button to start a new round, repeating the steps explained above.
If you run out of points, you can click the green flag to start over with 50 points. You cannot bet more than 5 points on each space. Also, you cannot bet on both Player and Banker in the same round. If you bet more than what you wanted to by mistake, you can click the red Undo button to take back all points you've bet. The card values are as follows. 1s through 9s: Face value (A 7 counts as 7, and so on.) 10s, Jacks, Queens, Kings: 0 each (Note: If the card values add up to more than 9, only the last digit counts. For example, a hand with a 5, an 8, and no other cards counts as 3 because 5+8 = 13.) The deck includes 520 cards: eight of each card 1 through 10, Jack, Queen, and King in five different suits. The requirements and payout values of each space are as follows. Player: Wins double your bet if the player has a higher total than the banker. Banker: Wins double your bet if the banker has a higher total than the player. Tie: Wins 9 times your bet if both the player and the banker have the same total. Player Pair: Wins 12 times your bet if the player's initial 2 cards have the same rank regardless of suit. Banker Pair: Wins 12 times your bet if the banker's initial 2 cards have the same rank regardless of suit. (Note: If both the player and the banker have the same total, the points that you've bet on Player or Banker will be returned to you.)
