alright, so i made this for 2 reasons. 1. @jony_pepsi . and 2. literally just being a reference for anyone. if you are "uncultured" in animation speak, in-out is where there is the least amount of frames in the middle of an action, out is where there is the least amount of frames at the start, and in is where there is the least at the end. none is a control.
