I guess you could call them like gen 4/5 styled but I mean I didn't have any particular game's style in mind if you don't know what Kotora and Raitora are, they were scrapped Pokemon who were supposed to appear in Red and Green, but were scrapped, but were planned to appear again in Gold and Silver, but were scrapped again because game freak hates happiness
here's to hoping they get added in gen 10. probably not going to happen, but maybe update: added shinies
