this is a game? idk but its for when you want to workout so press space or tap the + 1 rep butten to add your reps and hit the green flag to reset the reps. with the random workout here are the numbers (if it says 3 that's squats) 1 = push-ups 2 = sit-ups 3 = squats 4 = leg raises. it says a number 1 - 50 that's how many reps to do
