Timer/Stopwatch For the timer, you have to type it like "5:00" or "10:00" instead of "5 minutes" or "10 minutes". It is not broken. space to start timer/stopwatch, r to reset timer/stopwatch, q to reset to the menu, and s to stop the sound when the timer goes off.
