Go into the sprite and in the costumes tab. You'll see the vector one (for animation) and the bitmap one (for your pf.) Export the bitmap one, then because scratch is weird, it'll probably want you to resize it a bit. You can simply do that in the scratch bitmap editor, then export and see if it works, if it doesn't, continue the cycle till scratch accepts.
