Heyaaa this is a preclaim for Opulentkit! @Flaming-light later on a different acc I’ll put that there later since I have a lot to do lol I’m applying/preclaiming for the one and only Opulentkit! Well I had the choice to pick any of the kits and I had to think and I asked some friends what they thought because I loved them all lol and so I picked Opulent because he reminds me of a lot of good memories I have in the past! I’ll go with Eurosionclan since I just think it’s the best place to start. Personality: (+): Energetic, playful, curious (=): Shy, loyal, silly (-): Over thinking, provoked easily, gullible/over trusting. Male for sure and maybe later on he might also have they/them pronouns when he’s around 8-16 moons probably or older! I actually mostly want to see how he grows first but most likely either straight or bisexual. Rp example: Opulentkit trotted over to a small yellow cardinal the yellow feathers glistening in the suns ray of shine. Noticing how its feathers glistening he stood out into the sun his white fur sticking out shining off of him. I’ll add fun facts in a bit but the sources are in the comments lol at the very bottom! Research required: Borderline Personality Disorder Research: BPD also known as Borderline personality disorder is a mental health condition that affects a persons way of how others feel about themselves and others. Making it harder for a person to function in life, unhealthy ways they see themselves or others. This does mostly affect people when they’re younger the impulsiveness they can’t exactly control themselves yet. As Opulent grows he will learn to have a bit more control of himself from time to time. He would have a harder time making friends since this will cause him to think they may abandon him for better friends they might have. He would mostly think he isn’t good enough making him feel empty or a sense of not belonging. If Opulent ever has a mate he will definitely try his best for his mate but probably not ever feeling good enough until he learns to overcome it eventually when others try to cheer him up. His emotions mostly would have an impulsiveness making him do certain things like yelling at cats, making him think that others don’t like him or he doesn’t (depends on how his bond is with them). How would he overcome this? Well he has littermates making him feel a sense of belonging or when he has a stronger bond about after 2 threads. He usually will have issues with the other cat having other best friends or a mate/mates since he might not have that making him feel jealous and wanting the other cat to not have other friends than just him. Later on he’ll learn that it’s okay to have other friends he won’t usually act like this he will learn after meeting other cats at a younger age which won’t exactly affect him in the future. Opulent would mostly feel more of a sense of belonging once he has a mate and a few friends within the clan and outside the clan overcoming it slowly. His emotions would cause him to not think before acting where he’ll learn if he does something wrong after a while when he thinks before acting as he grows older. He would probably look up to elders and warriors for this advice they could possibly give him to help him think before acting. He might over think things a bit but his best way of calming down is to have a friend or mate mostly. (Please let me know if I need to add more!)
