Digital snow, also known as Visual snow syndrome or VSS is a condition which causes the vision to have a 'static overlay' which is more noticeable in darker places or if you're looking at something for a while. It is currently unknown what causes it, it can also cause anxiety/migraines. It has a lot of side effects, including but not limited to nightblindness and photophobia.
