I was feeling lazy and stumbled across an unfinished project that was way too hard, so I fixed it up a bit. Expect a real project from me soon. I decreased the damage from 12 to 4, added a short Phase 2 along with ending, and also pieces of dialogue where I could. I had fun experimenting with the different attacks. I also increased movement by 2, and slightly improved Chara face. Good luck! I got really close to beating it, but I got bored and just stopped, everything's finished though.
