By entering, you give the Scratch Racing Olympics (SRO) full permission to use the look and design of your car for advertising, promotion, and products related to SRO. 1.2. This includes, but is not limited to, use in project thumbnails, trailers, images, merch concepts, future Scratch projects, and other SRO‑related media. Advertising and Promotion 2.1. You agree that your car, team name, and country/brand may be shown in SRO videos, posts, and other promotional materials on Scratch or other platforms used to talk about the event. 2.2. Your entry may appear alongside other cars, logos, or designs as part of race grids, highlight reels, standings, or promotional graphics. Non‑Commercial / No Money Involved 3.1. This is a fan‑made, non‑commercial Scratch project. It is not an official event and no money is involved. 3.2. You understand and agree that you will not receive any payment, prize money, revenue share, or other financial reward for entering or for the use of your car in SRO content. Ownership of Your Design 4.1. You keep ownership of your original car design and any artwork you created. 4.2. By entering, you grant SRO a free, worldwide, non‑exclusive, permanent permission (license) to show, share, and reuse your car design in SRO‑related projects and media, while you still remain the original creator. Original and Allowed Content 5.1. You confirm that your car design and any logos or brands used are allowed to be used on Scratch and do not break Scratch Community Guidelines. 5.2. You are responsible for making sure your design does not illegally copy or misuse someone else’s copyrighted work. Changes, Removal, and Disqualification 6.1. The SRO organizer may edit, move, or remove entries that are inappropriate, offensive, or that break these terms or Scratch rules. 6.2. The SRO organizer may change, delay, or cancel parts of the event at any time (for example, due to low entries, technical problems, or schedule changes). 6.3. Decisions about which cars are accepted, how they are used in races, and any disqualifications are final. No Official Connection 7.1. The Scratch Racing Olympics (SRO) is a fan‑made project and is not officially connected to or endorsed by Scratch, the Scratch Team, or any real‑world racing series or brand. Acceptance of Terms 8.1. By submitting your team name, country/brand, and car to the Scratch Racing Olympics (SRO), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. 8.2. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, do not enter your car in the SRO.
