Meaningless yappings _____________ It's been a wild ride. I've made friends, met people, learned things, grown as an artist, and as a person. I've made mistakes, done stupid things, and let friendships fade away. But that's okay. For every regret I have, I have countless more good times. I'm so glad to have stayed here as long as I have. It's undoubtedly allowed me to develop as a person, but I must confess: This site is bloody exhausting! I'm sure that any content creator can relate. Everything you do must appeal to your crowd. I'm in a relatively low-stakes environment, but I still get annoyed often by the need to create relevant content for my audience. For instance, I want to host MAPs to songs that I listen to, but I listen to Vocaloid, which is surprisingly niche on this site. Who's gonna join a MAP for a song they don't know/like? Another strange thing I've noticed is that as I've grown in popularity, less and less people talk to me. I'm here to have fun and be social because I'm bad at it in real life, so when people don't talk to me, it makes me wonder, what's the point of being here? (PLEASE TALK TO ME (´°̥̥̥̥̥̥̥̥ω°̥̥̥̥̥̥̥̥`)) But as much as I just complained, I'm happy to be here, and despite the formal, possibly intimidating way I speak in my projects, I'm just a chill guy doing stuff on a website. Fellow chill guys, I would love to interact with you. I think this marks the end of my hiatus. It'd be kind of weird to rant about how people don't talk to me and then say, "Peace out, losers, I'm gonna go back into the void." Please enjoy this art I've made :)
Art ____________ 1-5. Megurine Luka and Hatsune Miku Non-crunchy version: https://u.cubeupload.com/flyway/Untitled302026030609.png -I made this a little while ago! I got the idea for the piece while I was on vacation in the car, so I drew it. I was practicing dynamic poses and perspective, and while I think that Miku looks great and flowy, Luka looks like a toothpick that you could snap by poking gently. Poses are hard. -The background looks okay for once. Not the best, but better than atrocious. Bonus: it didn't take three years to draw! -I ship Miku and Luka :3 I don't care that Luka's 21 or whatever, I still ship it :33 6-7. Argo Non-crunchy version: https://u.cubeupload.com/flyway/Untitled332026030417.png -I made this just a few days ago! I was playing around with lineart and such, so that's why there's lots of red and blue thrown around the lineart. I also used a different method than I usually do on IbisPaintX, so instead of making a sketch and then making lineart, I cleaned up the sketch with the eraser. I've used this method before on Hellopaint.io, but not on IbisPaintX. -I really like how this turned out! The oranges and purpley-blues look so cool together, and she looks so shiny. -In hindsight, I should've done a light background so Argo stuck out more, but it's fine *chuckles nervously* ___________ Credits Me, for the art Me, for the description for the zoom in code Me, for the arrow code Music: The Third Heart by 春巻きご飯 feat. 初音ミク Don't steal my art you little goonies >:( The aforementioned song I want to host a MAP to. I recently discovered this artist's music and found it absolutely lovely. I've listened to every single song he's made. If you would animate something to this song, please let me know because I love it so much and want to host a MAP (´°̥̥̥̥̥̥̥̥ω°̥̥̥̥̥̥̥̥`) It's so sad how Vocaloids aren't very popular on Scratch...
