Press space to activate it. Instead of moving directly with mouse movement, it uses the relative distance from the cursor dot to the center and moves the cursor by that. This means if you are above the center or detection point, the mouse will always be moving up. If you've ever used a thinkpad's tracking dot, imagine that but with the mouse.
I'm not the first person to think of this but i thought it would cool to demo in scratch. All code and graphics by me.
