The big dude is pointing at his hand that has a ring, or at least that's what it should be. The little guy is holding the ring proposing box thingy. I am proud of this one :D Also, if you don't like the mouth, there is another option in there. Just make sure you hide the one that it has now and show the eyes and mouth for the other option if you decide you like that mouth better.
