Okay, continuing to do this as it’s easy to just pull out research I’ve already done. Note: I myself have ADHD so this is based on my own experiences and what I have researched myself Research: ADHD or Attention-Deficit-Hyperactivity-Disorder is a mental disorder. It is often misrepresented as simply having a lot of energy, but is much more than that. There are seen to be a few things that cause it, though with me is genetic cause, meaning a family member such as a parent had/has it. The most common effects are hyperactivity, trouble focusing, fidgeting, impulsivity and troubles with sleep. This will show as often having a lot of energy especially later in the day, trouble focusing on things making training or similar activities hard, often flopping ears around or messing with her tail as a form of fidgeting, often not thinking before acting, and often times being tired in the morning as an effect of going to sleep later.
