So apparently I didn't do my research or it was a coincidence but both the 1st place winners and the second place winners are going to & have already left scratch. Which to preface, I have no problem with, i completely understand the burnout and reasons they have So now i'm going to consider who will be receiving the follows from the pgs and the art prizes because i feel kind of bad that the ones i would be giving art to wouldnt be able to receive anything ALSO -If they do come back i will make their commisions but now i'll be moving up 2 new people and the original 3rd and 4th place winners will be 2nd and 1st
