The Johnstown Tomahawks are a tier 2 Junior Ice Hockey Team who actively competes in the NAHL (North American Hockey League). The team plays at 1st Summit Arena at the Cambria County War Memorial in Johnstown, PA. The horn is heard before every period at Tomahawks' games and obviously after Tomahawks goals. The song and horn are actually the exact same as the Chiefs other than the fact that it probably didn't sound as rough as when it was used from 1988-2010. The War Memorial actually has two different goal horns. One for the Hawks that uses a full air compressor duration, and one for about every other event that I believe only uses half. The second Horn was installed in 2021 and was used for Hawks games that season. Now, they have reverted to the old Chiefs horn. (Thanks to UHE for the sound) This horn is sometimes used for other events at the War Memorial such as high school games or Johnstown Warriors games.
