Hello, everyone in DBD! Below is my application for Different By Design’s March Manager Applications. 1 - Introduction ✦︎ Hello, I’m Miles, but you also may know me as Candi! I like to draw and socialize with friends. I use any pronouns except it/its.I have been in the studio ever since DBD has started, from the closing of GWDFI (which I have been in since a year). My timezone is EST (I'm pretty sure), and my age range is 13 to 15. 2 - Experience ✦︎ I have an experience of managing communities in roblox a long time ago in a small group similar the aesthetic community, also giving tips for life and other similar girl stuff. I moderated there and chatted with people. I was also a stage manager before, where I was handled with responsibilities like handling students. Other than that, there were no similar roles. Even though there isn't that much experience, I can learn quickly and adapt to being a manager. 3 - Why I'd Want to Be Manager ✦︎ I'd like to be a manager for Different By Design because I want to try new opportunities, improve myself by managing, and show I am responsible for stuff in the future. I'd also love to have an opportunity to help the group! 4 - Why I'd Be a Good Manager ✦︎ After why I'd like to be a manager, here are some reasons why I'd believe I'd be a good manager. I believe I'd be a good manager because of my availability. It may not seem like it, but I'm actually pretty active, comment stalking. That would be great if there were trolls or when counting down design delays, or closing studios whenever needed. I also have an ideal idea for being a manager, since I was a moderator before, and know how to calm people down during drama or other similar scenarios. 5 - Downsides to Being Manager ✦︎ Even though I believe I would be a good manager, there are some downsides about me I believe I could improve. I'm kind of sensitive. This could be a downside to me being manager mainly because of drama and trolls, though I can improve myself and have a better mental resilience. 6 - Ideas For Improving the Studio ✦︎ An idea I have for improving the studio is having a "serious chat" where DBD-ers can talk about serious stuff like politics or vents or other stuff! That area obviously needs to be moderated too. 7 - Availability ✦︎ I am available 7/10 on weekdays, and 9/10 on weekends. Sometimes, I might go out to do some chores, but I'll go back on DBD right away. On an AVERAGE, my availability and activity would be a 8 out of 10. --- Thanks for reading my application!
