Ok so for context, the pose that Caine is doing is a reference to "The Truman Show", one of my favorite movies. The Truman Show (1998) is a satirical drama starring Jim Carrey as Truman Burbank, a man who discovers his entire life is a 24/7 reality TV show. He lives in a manufactured town called Seahaven, populated by actors and surrounded by thousands of hidden cameras, with his existence managed by a producer named Christof. Buuuuut here's the cool part. I watched The Truman Show, and instantly I noticed that in the song "Reunion", at 1:05, it starts playing... The "Somebody Real" motif... WHAAAAAATT----- And more importantly HOW AM I THE FIRST TO NOTICE THIS???? You guys should watch it, but the motif plays in a part where the director is being the most manipulative with emotions he's ever been with Truman. It might connect to Caine...
