Possibly before she ran away from the palace. The queen was 'hating her' for no reason, and Snow was confused, because...everyone loved her! And she really couldn't figure out where she went wrong, but she hopes its just a mistake. that the queen was going 'insane'. Mirrors some of my struggles as well, I can't read people, and sometimes I don't know when I'm annoying them or not, so some of these lyrics are very emotional for me.
