PoE means Power of Enemy, this is used for combat, example: You: 8 power. Enemy: 5 power. The enemy attacks you and so you set PoE to 5 (bc enemy has 5 power). You attack the enemy and so you set PoE to 3 (bc when ur attacking its Your Power-Enemy Power)
