Note! These two are supposed to be wolves! Hotaru — a wandering traveler and Blade’s lover, weirdly good at swimming and can manipulate fire Blade (real name Koharu but Taru calls her Stormy) — a bounty hunter and Hotaru’s lover, no abilities but whatever (ref is very old sorry) Loreeee- Blade, being a bounty hunter in an organization, was assigned to kill the flame with two tails and to bring back the tails as proof for a final exam. Hotaru was overseas, and he and Blade met on a ship. Blade tried to kill him in a secluded area at around midnight, but the ship suddenly went on fire (Hotaru’s ability) and they had to jump off. They swam to an island, but Blade had inhaled too much ash and smoke and passed out. She wakes up in an overgrown cave with Hotaru nearby, staring at a patch of sunlight caused by a hole in the top. Uhhh- let’s just say that they had some (reluctant) bonding time. They soon grew to like each other, and yea that happened. Blah blah blah lore lore lore Okay so basically there’s a war and they flee together. Boom. The end. Or not. Nvm that comes way later. Blade is summoned mentally by her organization, and they want to know why she hasn’t come back yet. She makes up an excuse, they say that is she doesn’t kill him already they’ll kill both of them for her. Hotaru feels her trembling and wakes her up, asking what’s wrong. She asks him for his tail. She cuts it off, and gives it to the organization, but put some sort of magical tracking spell in it and they sabotage the organization and return to the islands.
