OverView of Bug-Eyed Mark, also known as Retro Mark, is a distinct alternate-reality variant of Mark Grayson characterized by his unique costume featuring large, bulbous yellow goggles and a prominent high collar. In his home dimension, this version of Mark is notably more authoritarian and cynical than the mainstream Invincible; he successfully conquered Earth alongside his father, Omni-Man, and established a Viltrumite world order. Unlike some of his more deranged counterparts, Retro Mark maintains a cold, professional demeanor, acting as a disciplined soldier of the Viltrum Empire. He was one of the primary combatants deployed by Angstrom Levy during the Invincible War, where he caused massive destruction before being stranded in a wasteland dimension. He eventually met a grim end when he was killed and cannibalized by the more powerful and insane Sinister Mark while they were trapped together
