Introduction Hi! I’m Vannesa (Nessa), she/they, and I’m 16. I’ve been a member since right after GWDFI closed, so I’ve seen this community evolve from around the start. My timezone is Pacific Daylight Time (PDT). Experience I have some experience managing communities with a focus on mediation and maintaining a positive environment. Why I want to be a manager Different By Design is a amazing alternative to the community I loved in GWDFI. I want to help protect this space and ensure it remains a supportive home for everyone. Why I’d be a good manager I am reliable, a clear communicator, and I stay composed under pressure. I’m great at coordinating with teams to enforce rules fairly and solve problems efficiently. Downsides I am the host of a system so I might have trouble always being the one fronting but I'm usually fronting Ideas for improvement I’d love to keep positivity high and help new members feel welcome.
