Event staff ___________________________________________ You might have seen we already had an event project (monthly events), but I realized that would be a little too messy, so were trying this instead :D —Event staff roles — -Event Managers- [ Max event managers: 12] ⇢ Runs all weekly rolls (illness, predator, safety, kits, elders) ⇢ Records results in the staff sheet ⇢ Writes and posts the Weekly Report ⇢ Confirms death count stays within the current limit. (I realized that our RP is still far too small to do deaths, and it would result in probably way to many kits.) Patrol Manager [Max patrol managers: 12] ⇢ Processes all patrol forms before Friday ⇢ Adds prey to the sheet ⇢ Notes any herb finds or patrol issues ⇢ Sends totals to the Event Manager Aging Managers [Max aging managers: 3] ⇢ Ages every cat once per week ⇢ Runs elder death rolls (80+ moons) ⇢ Updates ranks when needed (kit → apprentice → warrior) ⇢ Removes cats that have left the RP or died. — WEEKLY SCHEDULE — Friday ⇢ Patrols close ⇢ Patrol Manager finishes all patrol entries Saturday ⇢ Event Manager runs all rolls ⇢ Aging Manager completes aging + elder rolls ⇢ Staff finalizes prey and safety totals Sunday ⇢ Weekly Report is posted ⇢ Clan pages updated if needed — HOW WEEKLY ROLLS WORK — All rolls use RNG (random number generator). Event Manager records each roll in the sheet (Its below.) Roll ⇢ Determines if the Clan experiences no conditions, minor sickness, major sickness or a fatal case ⇢ Sickness may cause injuries or 1 death depending on the roll Threat Roll ⇢ Determines if a predator appears and which type ⇢ Predator events may cause injuries, prey loss, or rarely a death Safety Check ⇢ Roll is compared to the Clan’s Safety % [1-100] ⇢ If the % is too low, a safety fail can happen. 1-20% would be considered low. ⇢ Safety Fail causes 1 of these: injury, prey loss, or kit sickness Elder ⇢ Elders 80+ moons receive a natural death roll ⇢ Elder deaths take priority in the weekly death limit ⇢ Each elder gets a role every week — DEATH LIMIT — Deaths will not be done until Bloodlines is bigger. But this is still going here for reference in the future. The only deaths that will take place are elder deaths and deaths that are not randomized. Death Priority Order: 1. Elder natural deaths 2. Kit deaths 3. Illness deaths 4. Predator deaths 5. Random event deaths — WEEKLY REPORT FORMAT — Event Manager uses this format: WEEKLY REPORT — Week __ Number of cats in clan: __ — Prey — Starting Prey: __ Gained: +__ Eaten: -__ Rot: -__ Predator Loss: -__ Final Prey: __ — Safety — (RNG: 1/100) Starting Safety: 100% Gained: +__% Lost: -__% Final Safety: __% (RNG — Rolls — Illness: __ Predator: __ Safety Check: __ Kit Rolls: __ — Outcomes — Sickness: __ Deaths: xxx — Kits — Births: __ Losses: __ — Notes — Patrols: __ Herbs: __ Territory: __ —STAFF TURN LIST— Which event manager's turn is it to do the weekly post? Which patrol manager's turn is it to contribute? The empty ones are undetermined, depends if we have more event managers by then. Next 10 weeks: (I post slightly earlier then Saterday as I'm not active on weekends) Week 1: Week 2: Week 3: Week 4: Week 5: Week 6: Week 7: Week 8: Week 9: Week 10: Continued in notes/credits... —ROLL GUIDE— All rolls use RNG (1–100). Event Managers record each roll in the sheet. —Sickness roll— Determines if the Clan experiences no sickness, minor sickness, major sickness, or a severe case. Sickness Roll Table 1–60 No sickness 61–80 Minor sickness 81–95 Major sickness 96–100 Severe sickness Minor: 3 cats get a minor sickness. Major: 3 cats get a major sickness. Severe: 3 cats get severe sickness. How to choose which cats get sick RNG: ⇢ Count all cats in the clan ⇢ Roll 1–total number of cats ⇢ Match the number to the cat’s position on the roster ⇢ Repeat until you have the required number. — PREDATOR ROLL— Determines if a predator appears and which type. Predator Roll Table 1–60 No predator 61–70 Snake Minor injury chance 71–80 Hawk Prey loss, kit danger 81–88 Fox Injury chance 89–94 Badger High injury chance 95–98 Dog High injury + prey loss 99–100 Twoleg danger Rare, territory issues Predator Outcomes Each predator has its own effect table. Example: Fox Encounter 1–50 → Injury to 1 cat 51–80 → Prey loss (2–5 prey) 81–100 → Injury to 2 cats (You can customize these per predator.) SAFETY CHECK Safety checks compare the roll to the Clan’s Safety %. How it works Roll 1–100 If the roll is LOWER than the Safety %, the Clan is SAFE If the roll is HIGHER than the Safety %, the Clan FAILS the check Safety Fail Table Roll (1–100) Outcome 1–40 Injury to 1 cat 41–70 Prey loss (1–3 prey) 71–100 Minor sickness in 1–2 cats Safety checks are meant to represent territory hazards, weather, and general Clan well‑being. ELDER ROLLS (80+ moons) Elders receive a natural death roll each week. Elder Roll Table Roll Outcome 1–95 Lives 96–100 Natural death Elder deaths take priority in the death limit. DEATH LIMIT (Future Use) Deaths will not be used until Bloodlines is larger. Only elder natural deaths or non‑random plot deaths occur for now. Priority Order (for future reference): Elder natural deaths Kit deaths Illness deaths Predator deaths Random event deaths RNG: https://www.calculator.net/random-number-generator.html
