Playoff Rules: 16 Team Format 7 Game Series for Each Round Only 4 Teams in each division get to compete Top team gets the most home games (Example, 1st Place in a division plays against 4th Place. 1st Place will play 4 games at home. Depending on stadium availability, series would be 2 home, 2 away, 2 home and 1 away) Playoff Qualification Teams must have 40+ wins and a +.600 PCT to qualify in the playoffs *If more than four teams in the same division meet these requirements, teams with the lowest regular losses, OT losses, Goals Allowed and/or Goal Differential qualify* How it works: In the Division Semis (1st Round), The 1 seed will play the 4 seed and the 2 seed will play the 3 seed for the division semis. The winners of both series games in each division will meet each other in the Division Finals (2nd Round). Winner of that plays the other division winner in their conference in the Conference Finals (3rd Round). Finally, the winners of each conference final play each other in the Thomas Cup Finals (Championship). Winner of that wins the Thomas Cup!!!
