space for horn click too kade i am EXTREMELY sorry for the delay. its my fault for putting things over it. i tried REALLY hard on the F59PHI and it still kinda sucks i fixed the f59phi template but i was too lazy to revamp the NCDOT one. (THIS IS THE LAST VECTOR IN THE STYLE TOO)
