Created for SDS This is the Puzzler Cipher. It is a mix of the Caesar Cipher and the NATO phonetic alphabet. This is only the Lite version; the real version is coming soon. When you're done, comment the answer done below. And remember, it's not just a random string of words.
Credit to whoever came up with this cipher before I did. Everything is coded all by me. Hint 1: You know how in the caeser cipher, every letter in the plaintext is shifted. In a puzzler cipher, every letter has its own unique shift.
