!!IMPORTANT!! ------VVVV------- The concept for Belial was supposed to be a fleshy, bio-weapon Jas clone. Now, Belial IS a Jas Clone, though they are from biological origin. The technology at the time couldn't pump a ton of info into the mind of a creature such as Belial, otherwise they'd just go crazy like the rest. So they only used necessary info (language, basic math, and other fundamentals for Belial and *very* few others to exist without being animalistic monsters). So the info on Jas Clones were not uploaded into the brain, though even if they were, he is from a completely different timeline, so the Jas Clones would be a lot different. sorry for being late to the party lol
