EXTRA-RINGS' MODERN SONIC VECTOR CONTEST (OPEN) To see who's the best at making a modern Sonic vector in scratch I decided to host my first contest. - RULES - - 1. The Sonic vector has to be 100% fully created by you. YES you. Which means you can't steal or use other peoples vector. But you can use a reference sheet or trace a Sonic picture from google. - 2. It HAS to be a Modern or Dreamcast related Sonic vector. You also can't make a Sonic.exe related vector btw. - 3. You can only make one Sonic vector. - 4.
