So, today i will be sharing my thoughts on ai, tips on how to not support ai as much, and what i am going to do moving on into the future. MY THOUGHTS ON AI: i used to think ai wasn't that bad. i thought it was "cool" and "helpful". but OMG i was so far from the truth. ai is h@rm1ng the environment, using and removing water from lakes and ponds. STEALING it from people who need it. causing droughts and water crises. it is taking water from people who did nothing wrong, harming families, kids, elders! why should they have to go through that?! another thing is that ai is stealing from artists. if you post art on here, or pretty much any platform, it can and probably WILL be stolen by ai. used without the creators permission. used to train ai image generators, and pretty much any ai model. and im pretty sure ai is starting to be able to remove watermarks, which means that even if you watermark all your art, it can still be stolen! and people will use ai to make "art", and claim it to be their own! pls if you use ai for art, pick up a pencil! it is so much more rewarding and better for the artist community! it can also steal and use your information, like your name, birthday, where you live, ect, ect. bots on scratch can also hack peoples accounts, and mass report people for no reason, getting hundreds of innocent people banned! it is also hurting the minds of our generations, teaching us made up things. our school has this ai "teaching" program where the ai will help you with your math problems. it is SO bad at explaining things, it genuinely has made me crashout. i had to learn the pythagorean theorem using an ai model that can barely speak! like what?! and ai will confidently tell you false information. like if you go on yt and look up "stupid g00gle ai responses" you'll understand. i will be in class and my english teacher will be like "write a 3-4 sentence paragraph. i will be providing sentence stems for EACH SENTENCE" and half of the class will be like, "can we use chat gpt?" like the teacher just told you that you could use sentence stems! bro you do not need ai for every little thing T-T and while this may not apply to everyone's school, mine is enforcing the use of ai, which angers me. like -what i stated earlier- we have to use a math education platform that uses ai like a "teacher". i also have a teacher for science that is telling us we get to evolve any animal to make our own, new animal. which is fine, except at the end of the project, instead of drawing how our animal looks, we have use use an ai image generator T-T like whhhhyyyy??!?!??!?!! so ye, ai is VERY bad. :)
