Romania has decided to intervene against France. Though, rather than physically attacking, Romania has decided to use technological force to destroy France and Switzerland from the inside-out. ~300 men are specialized for this task, acting as internal spies in France and Switzerland, being armed very minimally but still enough to defend themselves. They will be known as the Intel group when I mention them in RP. The intel group infiltrates Valais and Lyon, major power producing hubs of France and Switzerland respectively, planting what was coined as "power grid bombs". These were made to absolutely fry power and technological grids and practically anything powered via. technology. Built after the OSaTD ( info about it here: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1248234380 ), the power grid bombs wipe out any and all frequencies in a range from 100-750 miles using corrupted frequencies as counters to do such. This causes massive blackouts to anything in the radius of a power grid bomb being used. The only objects not affected by this are battery-powered objects. Anyway, these power grid bombs (approx. 120 total) are placed and activated by the intel group in receivers in the aforementioned cities of Valais and Lyon (+ other neighboring cities), causing a mass blackout throughout the near entirety of Switzerland and Upper Northeastern France, disabling technological systems in the area shown on the map. The intel group departs almost immediately after; still Romania remains in the war though, as support will actually be sent later on. END OF TURN
