Scroll down for the controls. Here is the Scratch Cat Tales text engine update reduced to the absolute minimum to get level 1 to mostly work: 84.8 KB, 1 sprite, and 428 blocks. Just so you know, the original is 46.4 MB, 33 sprites, and 9426 blocks. Things removed: - Mobile support - Level background - Loading levels - Menus - Water - Every level other than the first - Support for loading levels - Anything that isn't in level 1, including most of the tiles - Enemies - Signs - Text engine - Particles - Ending - Every cat except Alex - Any kind of sound - A bunch of remnants from @griffpatch's SMA4 engine - Level editor - Vertical scrolling Controls: - Press the cursor keys or W-D to move - Press O or Space to run - Run into a ledge to jump - Walk or run into a wall to climb on it
