Welcome, one and all, to the first lesson of Play in the Wild in this unit! Honestly, this lesson won’t be the funnest in the course. But that’s okay, it’s there so that you are able to do it better in the future. So that you can successfully do your quadrobics games without fear of injury. After last time, it just had to be added… I couldn’t take any more risks. Caution is key, everyone. Gather around, class, for lesson one (1) of Play in the Wild. Now, there are some important and simple tips that can make your quadrobics experience all the better. - Drink lots of water, but not too much. Seriously, stay hydrated! I don’t know why I need to mention it, this should be instinctive. - Stretch before long periods of quads! - Always keep your hand in the shape shown in figure A. - Walk on soft ground until you’re very experienced. Otherwise, if you get carried away and start running, or have a mental shift, you might get hurt, and that’s bad. We had a few shift incidents last unit… examples of terrain in figure B. - Be cautious, and don’t do anything you don’t know you can do; better safe than sorry, for sure. That’s it for today! Thanks, everyone, and I’ll se you soon. No homework today, in fact. Help I don’t know what I missed so Qwertyuiopasdfghjklzxcvbnm there we go A I can’t have anything happen, not like before… Please, forgive me.
