Milky Wave is a sentient, shifting mass of seawater, formed from a fall of strange cosmic dust. Perhaps she would have spent her existence being one with the waves, only knowing the existence of form through the fish drifting beneath her. However, this was not the case, for as the tide rolled out the water thickest with the dust that makes her was left behind in a tide pool. She adores canines of all sorts, hence why she chose to take the shape of one, but also adores humans and their technologies. She lives in an abandoned observatory near the sea where she formed, spending her days poring over the books and tech left behind. She believes herself to be an angel of some sort, as it's the only justification she can come to for her existence. Hence, she tries to be as kind and benevolent as possible, and uses the dust and crystals that are part of her but never absorbed into the water to create angelic features.
