1: Intro. Hello there, I'm Derek. Unofficially I've lingered about here since I came off of my break, about January or so, but I only became curator today on account of my just now noticing that I wasn't one. I am 15 years old, and within the EST timezone. 2: Experience. I am a moderator in a pretty popular debate server offsite consisting of a few thousand people, and I have been admin to multiple other servers but have since stepped down on account of my drifting away from the theme of the servers. 3: Why I Want To Manage. I would like to be a manager because I would like to challenge myself. I have never managed a popular Scratch studio, but I would love to help the management team. 4: Why I Believe I'd Be A Good Manager. I think I would be a good manager because I've dealt with things worse than children (I deal with republicans on the daily) and I'm good at de-escalation. I also linger a lot and just watch chat, so I could probably use those skills to attempt to calm things down. I'm also good at working in a team and talking to my peers. 5: Downsides To Me. Although I believe I'd be a good manager, everyone has their faults. Mine are that I get really in my head sometimes and that I am defensive of my special interest. I think I can remedy those with time, though! 6: Ideas I Have. I have quite a many of which I have put within the suggestions studio, but I'll sparsely mention a few. We should redo the description, lean more into the punishment/reward system, and crack down harder on rulebreakers. 7: My Availablity/Activity. Currently I can be active most anytime.
