Caelisaurus. transitio was a species of plesiosaur from the early to mid paleogene 66 million - 35 million years ago being the first member of a subgroup of plesiosaurs called caelisaurids, caelisaurus had adapted seal like limbs to help crawl on the beaches of Africa. the animal could reach lengths of 11 feet and weighed around 800 pounds. caelisaurus mainly resided in shallow seas usually found in coral reefs to avoid predators like kaikaifilu. giganticus and fed on ammonites like abbasite. skibidius for survival eventually going extinct during the middle of the paleogene after being out competed by other caelisaurids.
