the return of a Star. last time in act 1, it got to stage 6 for a split second before death, so the reset bugged it out and used its Dust variant dataset to reset it to; which means while Sans looks to be only in stage 3... he's already long gone, confusing the Star greatly. note: Dust!Mesmerizing! here is actually severely nerfed. even if he can create SAVE stars and morph them into basically indestructible weapons, he isn't nearly on Asriel's level (due to not absorbing several other mesmerizing stars) and thus is not too overpowered compared to this octet's anomaly. his eye-lights also don't work anymore, as there's only the very confused mesmerizing star in there. he's also insanely infectious, so do with that info what you will.
