Once again, just sharing to use on turbowarp asjndqkj Randomly felt like flinging some water around, so I figured, "oh yeah, I can program that." Then I wanted to try utilizing it with my framerate counter made a few months ago, so the simulation could be used pretty much anywhere. Only issue is that lag spikes aren't gentle on this, as it tries to make more particles to compensate for lost frames. I'll have to find a way to fix that. Maybe it should be based off of the average of previous framerate checks, I dunno. Also wanted to make a silly loading screen with smear frames while the framerate loads. Pretty fun.
