It can be an existing oc, or something you make on your own! HAS to be an oc, though. No already existing media. 2. HAS to be an anomaly. An Anomaly is it's own thing, different from usual. If there are more of the same thing, it's more of a species than an anomaly. It CAN be from a species if it's anomalously different from them, though! 3. You must fill out BOTH pages. 4. I'm allowed to redraw your character to fit better if I add it in. 5. I'm allowed to change things to make it fit in better with my own lore, this is still my own project. 6. Don't change AE-0XX.
