As I said previously, this is more lighthearted and silly compared to the others. However, the next one (that has the PC perspective) will be anything but that :) Also very quickly anything in "[ ]" are the narrator's thoughts. I'm trying to find a clearing somewhere to possibly rest for a bit. "So.... where we going?" Gourdy asks. "I- we're really just looking for a clearing, then I have a plan." "Okay!!" Sprout chimes in. "What was that thing I did back there? With the fire? How did I do that?" I turn around. "Oh- that was your element. You all have one now." "WHAT??" Shelly explodes. "What are they??" "Water, Earth, Air, Electricity, Fire, Life, Ice, and the Undead." "So that means I can just..." He accidentally bursts a fire from his pan, setting a tree on fire, which I quickly put out since I'm the water element. "I suggest we don't practice this in a forest..." I say to him. "Y-yeah, that sounds good, Astro." I flinch at the name. "Call me Supernova, if you don't mind?" "WHAT??" Gourdy quickly yells. "I want a cool name too! Can I get a cool name??" "Yes!! And they should be named after our elements!" Shelly inputs. "YEAH!!" they all say. "Oh, great- uh- let's go to the edge of the forest and do a little practice to find out your powers? I mean, I know them, but you probably want to know yours as a surprise." "Yeah, let's go!" Vee says, and then in an instant she's gone after she takes one step. "Uh- what?" Bobette looks at the stop where she just was. "She's up ahead somewhere, probably crashed into something." Bassie looked ahead. "I hear the birds talking about a disturbance there, so yes, probably." "I'm sorry, you HEAR the birds?" Pebble says. We all stare at him. "Did- did he just speak?" Bobette asks. "I think we can understand him!" Gourdy yells. "Yep." I say. Eventually we find Vee and step out of the forest, and with my help they all experiment a little with their elements. After thinking for a bit, we settle on: Pebble - Earthquake Vee - Overdrive Shelly - Tornado Sprout - Heatwave Bobette - Frostbite Bassie - Overgrown "Dad! Dad!! Can I be Apocalypse??" Gourdy inputs afterwards. "I- dad?" Overgrown laughs. [This is gonna take some getting used to...]
