Helloooo beautiful/handsome/incredible people ! This is for SURE gonna be a flop post, but that's a-okay. ANYWAYS, this is just for me to share my headcanons about the one... the only... GENYA SHINAZUGAWA!! <33 Aka the demon eater, aka split down the middle- UHM.. Let's get on with it, shall we? ^_^ #1 - Genya is a bisexual KING (yes I love my bi rep so what). #2 - Out of all the girls, him and Kanao get along the greatest. (DO NOTTTT COME FOR ME BC I DIDN'T SAY NEZUKO.) #3 - He's called Gyomei 'dad' on accident. (Resulting in Gyomei crying a full on river.) #4 - He prays every night before he goes to sleep. (Gyomei is his role model, gang !!) #5 - Genya is the WORLD'S BIGGEST TSUNDERE. #6 - He had a small crush on Muichiro bc he thought he was a girl, but even finding out that he was a guy didn't turn him off (I'M A GENMUI SHIPPER IDCCC). #7 - He blushes everytime he is near Mitsuri, and Obanai has threatened him multiple times (privately). #8 - His favorite color is lavender !! #9 - He is the best gift giver because he is super observant. #10 - When Genya became friends with Muichiro, he made him flashcards so he could remember things easier (I'd like to think he is super thoughtful). - Genya's favorite holiday is Halloween (pretty sure it would've been bad to celebrate that back then but OH WELL). - He saved up some money to buy Gyomei a cat since he loves them so much. - Since him and Kanao are close, she has confided in him that she wants to learn how to bake for Tanjiro, and he gives her lessons once a week when they aren't too busy (I for sure think Genya loves baking/cooking). - Genya's favorite flowers are white daffodils ! - He used to be DEATHLY afraid of cats, but since Gyomei loves them, he has grown to like them, and even has taken in a stray one he named Ryuu. - He loves his sleep, but is often restless because he gets nightmares frequently. (I wonder what of......) - He has notebooks full of daily entries of him writing things he'd tell Sanemi if they were on better terms. - He likes eating, but almost everytime he does, he imagines he's eating part of a demon, but manages to brush that thought away. - For his birthday, which is January 7th, Gyomei took him up to the mountains for a silent retreat (with Kagaya's permission). - Has knocked out Zenitsu more than a couple times for being a perv and as well as being senseless. - Sees Inosuke as the brother he never got to have most of his life (mostly because they bicker a lot), but he'd rather DIE than admit that. - He never cries in front of ANYONE unless it's Gyomei. - He may or may not have a RBF. - Genya saves up half the money he makes from being in the corps and gives it to orphanages (yes because of his past and yes it's because of Gyomei's backstory SHUT UP). - Sobbed his EYES out after Sanemi almost blinded him when he got back to his room. - He isn't the greatest at receiving compliments. - Genya sees Tanjiro as a brother as well; like a younger, kid version of Sanemi. - Is proud to be considered Gyomei's tsuguko, but sometimes doesn't feel like he should be. - When he first ate a demon's flesh, he felt nauseous for days on end. - He REALLY likes reading, but he doesn't share that information with anyone besides Gyomei, who buys him books every so often.
