Charlie ventured into Fogmoor years ago, and was presumed dead for years. He's back now, but her memory was left behind. SPELLS --Passive Store Energy: Every time Charlie takes an action, he collects 1 CHARGE, positive(+) or negative(−). (Positive and negative charges are required for her to cast most spells. If Charlie attempts to store a positive charge while he is negatively charged, she instead loses a negative charge, vice versa.) --Active spells Defibrillator (−−): Charlie unleashes negative CHARGE to heal herself or an ally by 1 HP. Zap (−−): Charlie unleashes negative CHARGE to damage an enemy. Recharge (++): Charlie unleashes positive CHARGE to heal himself or an ally by 2 HP. Brainstorm(+++): Charlie unleashes positive CHARGE to help her allies think better (brains have electrical signals and all that), temporarily improving their logic/focus rolls. Lightning-Fast (−−): Lightning is just negative charges traveling from the sky to the ground. This spell allows Charlie to move too quickly for opponents to react. Frankenstein Summon (????): Charlie unleashes negative CHARGE and a piece of his lifeforce to give new life to corpses or inanimate objects, effectively creating a summon. Charlie calls these lifeforms "Victors." Victors have 1HP per negative charge spent. These summons specialize in offensive/status-effect type moves. Rejuvenation (????): Similar to the previous spell, Charlie unleashes positive CHARGE and a piece of her lifeforce to give life to a dead plant, effectively creating a summon. Charlie calls these summons "Poppies." Poppies have 1HP per positive charge spent. These summons specialize in defensive/healing moves. Strike Down(−−−): Charlie unleashes negative charge to strike an opponent with lightning, dealing high damage and potentially setting them on fire. Adrenaline Shock(++): Charlie unleashes positive charge to give himself or an ally an adrenaline surge, giving them a +1 on their next VIGOR/MIGHT roll. Gate(++): Charlie unleashes positive charge to create an electrical barrier, shocking anyone who comes into contact with it. The barrier dissipates after a while. Neutralize: Charlie clears herself of all status effects and loses all charge. Break it you buy it: Inflicts a status effect on self. Anytime damage is dealt to Charlie, the attacker is CHARGED 1 hp. --Arcane spells In Charge of Your Mind: Charlie dictates an action for another player to take next. Initiate Airplane Mode: While Airplane Mode is active, Charlie gains +2 charge from storing energy. Airplane Mode can only be active while Charlie is airborne. Arcane Recharge: Charlie heals himself AND all allies by 3 HP. --Domain Lightning Storm: Lightning repeatedly strikes down all enemies throughout battle.
