Formal apology for the twoleg backgrounds - they are not my strong suit but I'll try again this week and hopefully we have something much better this week :3 In case my half-done drawings confused you; Icepaw entered Mildew's house through a cat flap/doggy door :)
★Erins by the WC ★Art and story by @-Hawk_Heart- ★Music is - tba - I cannot load projects with music atm ★Mildew's Alarm Explanation★ Idk if I've told y'all this but Mildew is a Type 1 Diabetic, which means her body needs insulin from an alternate source to maintain and use the glucose and sugar in her bloodstream. Feline and Human Diabetes is definitely going to have some differences, but I'm going to relate it a little more to human. The device, on her arm, is what we call A dexcom (but there may be other names and brands in other countries) which reads her blood 'sugar' levels, to let her know if there is too much or not enough sugar in her blood. Normally the device sends alerts to a phone, but I decided to give it an upgrade and the device does everything itself. 2 High-pitched beeps means there's too much sugar in her blood and she needs insulin 3 low-pitched beeps means she's low on blood sugar and needs cat-friendly jelly beans and a juice box (sugar). Lmk if that was confusing or if you have any other questions. This is based on my irl experiences with family members who are diabetic <3
