The system works like this: [Notifiers] notify all the cats who need to be notified, each notifier is going to be sorted into a clan or specific ceremony. That way people don't get notified more than once. I'll put notification templates notes/credits, please make sure you're using the right one. Notify on the dates it tells you to, to the correct people. Below all the cats that need ceremonies it says the notification date, notify all who need to be sometime on that date, preferably before 5PM. Notifiers in apprentice ceremonies must also notify mentors. Continued it notes/credits...
Instructions continued... [Leaders] make the ceremonies using the ceremony templates. Leaders make the ceremony on the date and sometime that hour. If you cannot make the ceremony that hour/date let me know *before* the notification date and we'll change the hour/date. If you were unable to let me know before the notification date make the ceremony before the hour or have your deputy substitute. If there's a date/hour that you will never be available on (that is the assigned date/hour) let me know and I'll change it for as long as your leader. When doing warrior ceremonies and theres preferred warrior names please use them. ---Ceremony templates Apprentice ceremony: Leader: (Kit), from this day on, until you receive your warrior name, you will be known as (new name, ending with the suffix "paw"). Your mentor will be (name of warrior or medicine cat ). I hope (name of warrior or medicine cat) will pass down all they know on to you. [Repeat for each kit] [Note: Use assigned mentors] Warrior ceremony: I, (Leader), leader of (Name)Clan, call upon my warrior ancestors to look down on these apprentices. If you are unable to attend, your character will still receive their warrior name and rank as normal. If you cannot attend, please be sure to read the ceremony roleplay thread afterward. Elder ceremony: [Bloodlines] [Cat Name] has reached the point where they will be retiring to the elders’ den. They will step down from their duties as a warrior and take their place among the elders of the Clan. The ceremony will be held in the [_____Clan] studio.
